Equipment refers to: Any product or service, including cameras, film, and accessories provided to you by Rent Instant Cameras or rented or purchased by you from Rent Instant Cameras

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of the Application may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Rent Instant Cameras supplies the products and services agreed upon only. There shall be no expectation of provision of any differing product or service without an agreement in writing and corresponding, confirmed, fully processed, and undisputed payment by the customer (you) to Rent Instant Cameras.
We make it easy by supplying adequate packing materials, preprinted adhesive return shipping label, and even tape to seal the box. It is your responsibility to safely pack and return your rental bundle to Rent Instant Cameras in a timely fashion.
We will not charge for minor damage in accordance with the following chart. Damage beyond these limits will be charged at $40 per camera.

All cameras must be returned. Unreturned cameras will be charged in accordance with the following chart:

Any resulting charges will be charged directly to your original form of payment via our payment processor directly. By transacting with Rent Instant Cameras, you agree with these terms, agree to being charged accordingly, and understand that our secure payment processor stores your payment credentials should they be needed to assess these charges. Any credits due, for example, for returned film may be adjusted in accordance with these charges. You will receive notification and explanation for these charges if necessary.
Rent Instant Cameras reserves all rights with regard to collection of fees/damages, recapture of chargebacks, and charges for lost/stolendamated Equipment inlucding but not limited to the right to sue. We may call you, contact you via email, contact you via social media, and/or contact you via mail at our discretion. Should Rent Instant Cameras for any reason be unable to colllect on a debt, We reserve the right to pursue collection by employing or selling your debt to third-party debt collection services.
Refunds due to order cancellation will be less a 3% deduction to cover our non-reimbursed credit card processing fees.
Prior to Order Shipment: Orders may be cancelled up to the time of shipping, which can be as far in advance as two weeks. After Order Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled. The order is shipped and must be returned per the general terms and conditions.

We and our affiliates may, as necessary to conduct, transact, and fulfill your order, communicate with you via electronic means including but not limited to email, sms, iMessage, and phone. Any and/or all of these methods may be used in any combination, though email is standard and customary. You are responsible for receipt of the content of these messages and responding as and if required. We are not responsible for non-receipt of any of these means of communication due to fialure, spam filters, firewalls, or other reasons that are not directly controlled by Rent Instant Cameras. We will proactively communicate regarding policy violations, charges, etc. via any one of the listed means and are not obligagted to communicate via any specific, combination, or other means. As an example: we will notify you via email if you are to be charged due to non-return of equipment. We are not obligated to communicate with you via any other or additional means. Rent Instant Cameras does not customarily or regularly communicate via postal mail or fax and has no obligation to do so.
All orders are shipped via a tracked method. You will be provided tracking information upon order shipment. If your order is lost or delayed past your event date and therefore is not useful to you, Rent Instant Cameras will provide a full refund. If the Equipment is ultimately delivered to you, you are still responsible for attaching the included prepaid shipping label and returning it to us. We can supply digital copies of the return label as well, and you are responsible for printing and affixing that return label and delivering the return package to the appropriate carrier. Orders that are delivered to you but are not returned will be charged in accordance with the applicable sections of these Terms and Conditions.
In no circumstance will Rent Instant Cameras refund or otherwise be liable or responsible beyond the monetary amount paid for the applicable order.
Arizona
Unlawful failure to return the Equipment is a class 1 misdemeanor.
Florida
Failure to return the Equipment upon expiration of the Rental Period and failure to pay all amounts due (including costs for damage to the property or equipment) are evidence of abandonment or refusal to redeliver the Equipment, punishable in accordance with section 812.155, Florida Statutes.
Telematics:
The Equipment may be equipped with a telematics device that enables Rent Instant Cameras or its fleet management provider to monitor the use and location of the Equipment. The telematics device is used to collect the Equipment’s location (determined by GPS and other locaitonal systems), and systems status information. Rent Instant Cameras may use the information for various purposes, including, but not limited to: (i) locating lost or stolen Equipment; (ii) analyzing and improving Rent Instant Cameras' rental program; (iii) enforcing the terms of this Agreement; or (iv) providing Renter with support, assistance, or services. The Rent Instant Cameras may share information collected with companies performing services for Rent Instant Cameras, and as deemed necessary by Rent Instant Cameras, (A) to comply with legal process or a request from a governmental entity, and (B) to protect Rent Instant Cameras's rights and property.
Investigations:
All Renters will promptly complete incident reports, deliver to Rent Instant Cameras a copy of all related documents, and fully cooperate with Rent Instant Cameras’s investigation of any vandalism, theft, accident, claim or lawsuit involving the Equipment. This obligation to cooperate does not create a duty of defense by Rent Instant Cameras.

Refunds or other accommodations are issued solely at the discretion of Rent Instant Cameras.
